If the driver has to wait for me to arrive, will I be billed for my waiting time?

If the driver is waiting at the airport, there is a 1 hour free waiting time, for any time after 1 hour, there will be an extra charge per hour.

                If the driver is waiting outside of the airport, such as a restaurant, there is a 15 minute free waiting time, for any time after 15 minutes, there will be an extra charge per hour.


How will I know when my car has arrived and who is my driver?

Your uniformed driver will be holding a sign containing your name, which will make it easier for you to find him. The "meet and greet" is a great way to be welcomed by our company.

We can also make contact via phone or e-mail whenever we have arrived.  


What is your credit card processing procedure? 

Your credit card will be charged on the day of reservation placement.  Prepayments can be arranged online for relatives or friends of the traveler. 

   •What if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation "No Show"?

All no shows will be charged full rate.

                 To avoid being charged you must:
                 1. Call toll free so that one of our dispatchers can get in touch with the driver and help you to locate each other.
                 2. Call toll free or email in the event your plans or flight have been changed.

 •If I need to cancel a pick up, what are the requirements?

Our cancellations only have one requirement, it must be done within 3 hours of the reservation or pick-up for there to be no charge. However, it would be greatly appreciated if we were notified as soon as possible.
